Community Guidelines

Please take a moment to review our community guidelines outlined below:

1. Reservations:

  • All reservations must be made online or through our Playbypoint app. If you have any issues please send us an email at concierge@cltpadel.com
  • Court reservations for Members can be made up to 7 days in advance to ensure fair access for all.
  • Court reservations for Non-members can be made up to 3 days in advance. 
  • We encourage all players to utilize the Playbypoint app or the online booking platform to secure their preferred time slots.
  • Walk-in reservations are subject to availability.

2. Cancellation Policies:

  • We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel a reservation, please do so at least 12 hours in advance to allow other players the opportunity to book the court. 
  • If you do not cancel your booking within 12 hrs in advance, you will be automatically charged by PlaybyPoint. There will be no refund for cancellations under the 12-hour cancellation notice period.
  • This policy ensures that all players have a fair chance to enjoy the courts. 

Rainout Policy:

  • If the rain starts 30 minutes BEFORE your court reservation, we will fully refund the court to your payment method or Club Credits. Please note that this only applies if it is raining at the Charlotte Padel Club location.  
  • If the rain starts MID-GAME, we will provide you with Club Credits if you had LESS than 45 minutes of playtime. If you had 45 minutes or more, you are not eligible for a Club Credit.  

3. Payment Methods and Procedures:

Our third-party app and online portal have a streamlined payment process to ensure convenience.

All payments for membership fees, court reservations, programs, lessons, racquet rentals, and other services will only be accepted through our online booking platform or at the Pro Shop Before your session.

  • We accept only major credit and debit cards for payment, No Cash. This will facilitate a hassle-free experience and provide you with real-time payment confirmations.
  • We also have a prepaid credit system to simplify the payment process. Users can load credits onto their Club Credit account and use them for various services, enabling a quicker and smoother check-in. 
  • Payments must be made prior to your booking reservation to be able to participate.  

4. Equipment Rentals:

Our racquet rental offers you a selection of high-quality equipment and is available at the Pro Shop. Padel racquets are also available for purchase either at our Pro Shop or through the PlaybyPoint App.  

  • The rental fee is $10 per session and can be paid online during reservation or at the Pro Shop.
  • We supply used tennis balls for free or you can purchase a can of new balls.   

5. Membership:

As of January 1st, 2024, we have implemented an initiation fee for all new members joining our community. This fee will also apply if you choose to cancel your current membership and seek reinstatement at a later date.

Unlock a range of exclusive benefits with our membership options. Payments can either be made monthly for continuous access to our club or you can enjoy cost savings with an upfront annual payment. For an additional fee, you can include family members in your membership, allowing them to access the courts and enjoy all the perks alongside you.

Joining is quick and easy through our online portal or dedicated app. Visit our website or download our app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Find the membership section and choose your plan. 

6. Guest Policy:

We encourage you to introduce friends and family to the joy of padel. Members are welcome to bring a friend for a COMPLIMENTARY padel experience. It's the perfect opportunity to introduce them to our facilities and the thrilling game of padel. (First-time guests only)

  • Please ensure that your guests are aware of and adhere to our club's policies during their visit.
  • All Guests must register online and sign a waiver.
